The population upkeep sets in starting at a population of 420 onwards (IIRC). I noticed people wanting a popcap mod for Elite Mod for a long time, but it wasn't really available and wasn't up to date. WebMay 29, 2016 · You just have to delete the Elite folder in your Retribution directory. The installer just copies the folder and a few other files over, it's not "installed" like a program is with registry entries etc. Your problem sounds like a typical artifacting (dying) video card, unrelated to the mod or any game, it may have just happened in the mod first.
