WebI am not familiar with the rules Mercer did for guns in particular, but I would personally start adding some negative modifiers. You already have the rules for dual wielding in 5e, I would say when they pull out their third gun then a -2 modifier is added to all 3 weapons, and with 4 guns out this would be a -4 (I am referencing the 3.5 two weapon fighting table for this).
